Duplex Steel Hydraulic Fittings consist mainly of chromium (22–25%), nickel (4.5–7%), molybdenum (2–3.5%), and nitrogen, providing a balanced dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite. This structure provides superior corrosion resistance in chloride and acid environments. They have very high yield strength (normally 450–620 MPa) and tensile strength (600–800 MPa) with good impact and fatigue resistance. The fittings are also stable at high pressure and temperature conditions and are best suited for hydraulic systems requiring durability, reliability, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting.
