Inconel 625 Ball Valves are made of a nickel-based alloy composed mainly of nickel (58% min), with chromium (20–23%), molybdenum (8–10%), niobium (3.15–4.15%), and iron. This special composition gives inimitable resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and stress. Mechanically, Inconel 625 has tensile strength of approximately 930 MPa, yield strength of 517 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. It has excellent mechanical stability over a large temperature range, from cryogenic to 980°C (1800°F), with high durability and reliability for harsh operating conditions.
